What's your return policy?

We're sorry you didn't like your product! Please note that as all our items are printed and produced on demand, we are unfortunately unable to provide any returns or refunds.

However, should your item(s) have any defects or damages upon receipt, we will provide you a full exchange or refund. Please email us at hello@visualtroop.com with photo(s) of any issues that your item(s) might have, and we'll take care of the rest.

Please do also note that to qualify for this exchange or refund, items must not have been damaged due to use, soiled or washed, and you must get in touch with us within 15 days of receiving your item(s). 

You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment.


Please note that original shipping charges are not refundable, and that we are unable to cover your return shipping costs - you will have to bear the shipping costs for returns.

What should I do if I received the wrong product?

If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, or have items missing from your order, sorry about that! Please contact us at hello@visualtroop.com and we'll be sure to get you the Visualtroop items you ordered!

How long does it take to process a return?

Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
